Further, to enhance our customer’s buying experience, we have also created a returns centre. Kindly read our return centre policies below for more information.

Return Centre Policies:

All the products such as refurbished laptops, desktops, servers as well as open-box laptops, desktops, etc. must be returned to us within two (02) days from the date on which the product has been delivered.

The Product can only be returned:

  1. If the product that you have received is physically damaged upon arrival.
  2. If the purchased product has major technical errors or is dead on arrival.
  3. If a wrong product (different colour or style) has been delivered.
  4. If the delivered product differs from the one that you have ordered.

To return your product, kindly get in touch with us at support@techniqainfosolution.com. Once your request is initiated, our company executive will get in touch with you regarding the problem.

The product will only be returned and replaced after a thorough quality inspection by Techniqa info solution officer or our service partners/affiliates to cross-verify the claim request made by the consumers.

The product will not be eligible for return:

  1. If the product seal is tampered by the customer.
  2. If the product is returned without original accessories, labels, tags, etc.
  3. If the products are returned after two working days.
  4. If the products are physically or technically altered without our prior approval.

Also, the cost of shipping charges for the return of the product has to be paid by the consumer.
